Pricing FAQs
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed securely online via credit card or digital wallet at the time of registration. Students have the option to create accounts to purchase class packs and plans.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start date receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be eligible for academy credit, depending on the course type.
What materials will I need?
A full materials list and list of instructions (including virtual meeting link if applicable) is emailed to you immediately after registration to ensure you are ready to paint on your first day!
How does rescheduling work?
Students can reschedule sessions via their portal up to an hour in advance. Makeup classes are subject to easel availability in similar studio blocks.
Is there a long-term commitment?
We offer flexible options from single-session workshops to monthly resident tracks. Class packs or passes are purchased individually and can be renewed after each cycle.
Do you offer military family discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for military members and families enrolling. Please contact the registrar before checkout to apply your discount code.
